Wine Thermometer Digital

3 thermometers, 3 different readings, which can I trust?
My new wine cooler digital thermometer show 51F, to test the accuracy I put two standalone thermometers inside.
After one night, “Taylor” brand traditional (from ACE hardware store) read 61F, and Accur-Rite digital (from WalMart) read 55F.
All I want to get is the right reading, which can I trust?
By the way both thermometers are for indoor use, maybe I’m using the wrong instrument?
Any informative suggestions are welcome and appreciate, thanks so much.
There may well be large temperature gradients in the cabinet, ie, the temperature could vary by 10 degrees from location to location. Try putting the temperature sensor parts of each thermometer very close and see if they now read the same. An hour wait is more than enough.
You can check the two thermometers at room temperature, also. Again, put the sensors close together.
